CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS AND FURTHER INFORMATION Want to come along for the ride in our quest for a 2008 NASA National Championship Title? We can’t be competitive without generous backing from our sponsors. Sponsoring our team is easy, cheap, and instrumental in helping us towards our 2008 championship goals! Sponsorship of the Tommy Gun Rally Team means that your company name and/or logo will be featured on at least two vinyl stickers affixed to the team car for the 2008 season. Your company will also be mentioned in all official communications, press releases, interviews, and motorsports-related websites. We will ensure that the race vehicle and on-car identification is kept in the most presentable condition for the duration of the season. Your logo will be proudly featured on our ‘Sponsors’ page at the new Tommy Gun Rally Team website at www.tommygunrally.com
Our sponsorship program includes 3 comprehensive exposure tiers: 1. In-Event: Your on-car identification (logo) will be seen and/or photographed by every entrant, spectator, crew member, and photographer at rally races during the season throughout the Southwest (California, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho) and New York (should we qualify for the year-end Finals). We estimate our total number of rally events in 2008 to be between 6 and 8. In addition to overall exposure during the race, the car travels to events on an open trailer and turns more heads than exotic cars! Annual number of in-person views during in-event periods is estimated to be at least 5,000 individuals. 2. Out Of Event: Below is a summary of 2008 automotive events which will feature a static display of the Tommy Gun Rally Car. Car shows and other racing events are a perfect opportunity to exhibit the Team Car and your corporate identity, as rallying is currently enjoying immense popularity and an unprecedented surge in media exposure. Each event below attracts a diverse and valuable demographic - both inside and outside the automotive enthusiast market. Best of all, the combined exposure for these events will net well over 100,000 up-close, static views of your logo or corporate identity in an energetic, positive environment.
3. New Media/Traditional Media/PR: Rallying in America is exploding! Traditional outlets that regularly feature American rally racing -such as television and print media - are dramatically increasing coverage of national and even regional rallying. Non-traditional ‘new media’ outlets such as Automotive Forums, podcasts, blogs, wikis, and YouTube also lend incredible amounts of exposure to the Team and are growing at an exponential rate. Finally, the Team rally car is driven throughout San Diego County at least once a week - the spectacle of a race car on the street is rare, and public reaction to this car is out of control! Estimated brand exposure in this tier is potentially unlimited!

PRIVATE SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS AND FURTHER INFORMATION We have devised 6 levels of Private Sponsorship Packages named to coincide with our Tommy Gun Rally Team theme: All sponsorship items will be distributed in the first quarter of 2008, after we assess the number of total items we’ll be shipping out! 1. The .22 Caliber ‘Supporter’ Package - $20 2. The 9 Millimeter ‘Grassroots’ Package - $40 3. The .38 Special Package - $100 4. The .45 Caliber ‘Family’ Package - $250 5. The .50 Caliber ‘Super Special’ Package - $1,000
That fine print stuff: Please, no substitutions, but if you don’t drink coffee, wear shirts, or read e-mail we might have something for you hanging around the shop. Contact us for more details. Please list your T-Shirt sizes and 1 alternate size for clothing-level sponsorships. Please provide an active personal e-mail account with purchase for e-mail updates. We are committed to running the entire season but since there is a ‘drop system’ in place (lowest points in an event are dropped) we reserve the right to pick and choose which events we compete in. Events may be canceled by organizers with little notice. If there is either a serious crash or mechanical failure which cannot be fixed in time for the next event, we reserve the right to not enter subsequent 2008 events. |
